I had a problem with my garage door that was installed about three years ago.  I called you guys on a Saturday afternoon at about three pm.  I got a call from your people a 9am sharp on Monday to set up a time for someone to come out.  Ryan came, took pictures and got the door working again.  Before he left, he said I would get a call tomorrow from his boss.  I got a call the next morning and was told that Ryan would be out next week to install a new door since mine was damaged due to faulty installation.  This was what I thought should happen since it was obvious to me that it was an install problem but I was also sure that you would not see it the same way.  Your people handled this thing professionally and quickly.  It is refreshing to get such great customer service these days.  As long as I live in Wake Forest you guys have a loyal customer.
